n 1997, a parcel of land was purchased in El Segundo. The property is extremely well located adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. An approximate 98,000 square foot state of the art industrial building was developed from the ground up by Winco. The building included 28 foot clear height ceilings, cross docking and 10% office area. Built to serve as either a freight forwarding facility or distribution/manufacturing facility, the property was leased prior to completion.
